Shipping

We carry a large inventory and most of the orders will be shipped the following working day.

All domestic orders under 150 lbs will be shipped via UPS. A product that exceeds 150 lbs will be shipped via freight (truck). We will provide you with a UPS tracking number or a freight company Pro-number within 24 hrs from the shipment date.

International orders will be shipped the best-way depending on the weight and size. Prior quotation will be provided via e-mail to any destination. For the shipments going outside the U.S., there will be duties and taxes varing from country to country which will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

FREE SHIPPING terms on selected products apply for shipments within the continental United States only.

Returns

At National Lawn Equipment, your satisfaction is important to us and our return policy is simple:

- All returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase with its original invoice, in its original box and un-used. No returns on special orders.

- Merchandise returned to us for any reason MUST have a prior Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number or your return will not be accepted.

National Lawn Equipment will issue a full refund for the price of merchandise you return that meets these conditions. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Note: If the package arrives damaged, please notify the delivery person immediately. National Lawn Equipment must be notified of any shortage or damaged merchandise within 7 days.

Order Cancellations

- There will be no charges made if order is cancelled before it has been shipped.

- There will be freight charges and 20% restocking fee if order is cancelled after it has been shipped.

- All cancellations must be e-mailed to us!
